Automated Workflow:
Storage systems with up to two levels, four grippers and dimensions of up to 120 m in length and 22 m in width make it possible to have a wide range of beam dimensions available at any time.
Loading and unloading via integrated conveyor systems, configurable stack formation, as well as fully automatic wrapping and labeling. Especially important: we implement the perfect connection to various customer databases and ERP systems.
Up to 60% of space utilization:
Storing the beams with or without support posts allows for flexible positioning of the storage places. The intelligent software guarantees stable stack formation and minimizes the number of posts required.
Maximum efficiency:
The newly developed vacuum gripper can transport multiple beams at the same time. Two grippers are used in synchronous operation to transport long or heavy beams. It is also possible to store offcuts with minimum dimensions of 80x40x1200mm.
