That’s why we also see our employees as our most important capital and promote solidarity, team spirit, respect and appreciation in our company. Over the years, slowly but with grreat motivation and know-how, the company has grown and masters each new task and challenge with great flexibility.

We are particularly proud to say that Team Grundner stands for responsibility! Many of our employees are involved in charitable organisations and nonprofi t corporations. Almost a third are active members of the voluntary fi re service or the Austrian Red Cross.
