Our NESTPICK function has been proven for over 10 years and guarantees optimization of internal and external transport and processing of nesting parts.<\/p>\n

The new camera function opens up new possibilities for optimizing the process: You can load multiple nesting CNCs with only one gripper, unload the parts from the outfeed conveyor and subsequently stack them intelligently.<\/p>\n

One gripper can feed multiple CNCs fully automatically with panels from the storage. This reduces the amount of personnel resources required in production, as manual manipulation of the panels is no longer necessary.<\/p>\n

Off-cut management<\/h2>\n

Seamless off-cut management is an important factor – We offer three options for intelligent return to the storage system:<\/p>\n

ETP – package labelling<\/h2>\n

Our latest development allows you to position a label on finished packages in combination with the integrated conveyor technology. An optional feature positions the label over the edge of the package or panel stack. This eases allocation for further transport and removes the risk of errors caused by manual label application.<\/p>\n
